Biodiesel Plants – how many gallons per year do you need?

Hi folks, I have been asked twice today to help with Bio-diesel plant construction.  Although we are proud to be a big Bio-diesel/Ethanol supporter; we do not have a Bio-diesel system or process of our own.  We have dealt with different companies that understand the schematic process better than we do; so what we have done is provided all the necessary equipment related to storage tanks, pumps, telemetry, etc…  Our customers put the pieces together into a modular set up and market the system into a turn-key approach.

I can share with you that some of the equipment needed is for:

Feedstock storage / Bio-Diesel storage / Methanol storage / Catalyst storage / and Glycerin storage

These will vary in capacity depending on your gallon per year capacity required.
